I think Nick would be a great Demon, but do we really want KISS to go on without Gene. I think Gene does as long as someone is writing the cheques. JB

He would fit the profile, however does Gene - knowing what he knows about the lifestyle and what kinds of shoes his son would need to fill - let Nick take on that challenge? I would personally love to see him carry on in his father's footsteps. And who to play the part better, than someone who knows him better than the rest!

This was the first blog we ever did on the site and still one of the most interesting. I think its a real way to carry on the KISS legacy even after Gene packs it in. They can't go forever.

I would hope Nick takes a different path in life. Music would be great but let Kiss Rest in Peace in the annals of Music History.

It would be nice that when the boys are done they just let KISS enjoy its Legacy, but I just don't see Gene letting that happen. So if they are going to go on as an overated cover band then it would be nice to at least have the name Simmons in it.
Nick will forever be known as Gene's son no matter what path he takes so he better get used to that shadow.
